Redmond Toddler Group is a non-profit parent education cooperative located in Redmond, Washington. It is designed for toddlers 4-42 months and in response to the pandemic, we have added outdoor classes for children 1-4 and 4-7 years of age. We provide parenting education for parents while providing fun and age-appropriate play for children

*IMPORTANT*- Per Governor Jay Inslee’s guidance, LWTech and their affiliated programs will now require vaccines for staff and adults. All adults will be required to do a COVID Vaccine Attestation with the college as part of attending RTG. Thank you for understanding (last updated 12/7/2021)

Indoor Orientation with Miss Amy – Thursday February 23rd, 7:00-7:45

Outdoor class orientation will be online – Monday February 6th, 7:30

Refund Policy of Redmond Toddler Group

Enrollment fees are nonrefundable and separate from tuition. For tuition refunds, please refer to our Student Handbook for our Tuition Refund Policy. Tuition is due at orientation or on the first day of classes. Failure to pay will result in late fees or being withdrawn from class.

2022-2023 Tuition  

*IMPORTANT* New Changes as of 3/2022-

  • Non-refundable enrollment fee of $110 will now apply per family for every class enrolled. Example – family enrolls in class A and B. We will require a non-refundable enrollment fee of $220. 
  • Tuition is due at your orientation or on the first day of class. Failure to pay tuition by these dates will result in late fees or being withdrawn from the class

Step One

Find a class based on your child’s date of birth. Class placement is based on your child’s age as of August 31, 2022. If a class is FULL, please contact our registrars at registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org to be added to our waitlist. Multiple classes? Please email us and let us know. Once enrolled, we require a non-refundable enrollment fee of $110 per family per class

  • Limited younger sibling spots available <12 month
    – For outdoor classes: we will be hiking on trails that may not be ideal for strollers or children crawling. We highly suggest younger toddlers be strong walkers or be comfortable being worn
  •  Limited older sibling spots available for outdoor classes
  • Evening class: must have one child with DOB listed in schedule. Limited older sibling spots available for evening class (up to age 5)
  • Herons class will start 15 minutes earlier November-January due to earlier sunset
  • Squirrels+ – If your child participated in Squirrels this year, please move on to one of our older classes like Beavers or Elks.  Some exceptions will be made with instructor approval

Class A, Elks, Mondays 9:30-11:45 am – 1 spot left
Class B, Beavers, Tuesdays 9:15-11:00 am – FULL
Class D, Raccoons, Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm – Available
Class E, Beavers, Wednesdays 9:30-11:15 am – 1 spot left
Class H, Squirrels, Thursdays 9:15- 11:00 am – FULL
Class I, Squirrels+, Thursdays 11:30 -1:15 pm – 1 spot left
Class J, Squirrels, Fridays 9:15- 11:00 am – FULL
Class K, Bunnies, Fridays 11:30-1:00 pm – Available

Step Three

Email the registrar after completing your application at registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org. If you have not received an email back within 2 business days, please email the registrar again. A confirmation email will be sent that we have processed your form and will contain a link to pay our one-time non-refundable enrollment fee. This fee goes towards our co-op and does not apply to LWTech. Redmond Toddler Group uses this fee for student insurance and carnival fees. It is not applied toward tuition. 

Step Four

*IMPORTANT* NEW CHANGES- As of 3/16 /22, students will apply with LWTech. During the application process families will need to obtain an email and student ID number with the college.

Obtain ctclink ID Number

Redmond Toddler Group is affiliated with Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) in Kirkland and as a participant, in our classes, you are required to register with the college to take a Parent Education class with us. We will need a ctcLINK ID number from every adult attending more than 3 classes per semester. Your start date may be delayed if we do not have your ctcLINK ID number before the start of class.

Families with Student Identification Number (SID)
Please use the following instructions HERE to obtain your ctclink ID number. You will need your old student identification number (SID) to begin. If you do not know this number, please contact us. Once you receive your ctclink ID number, please email this number to registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org. We will add it to your account.
Attestation – Families should confirm or add the necessary vaccination information for LWTech. This is a requirement of LWTech. NOTE: If you were a student during the 2021-22 School year and completed the LWTech COVID-19 attestation process, you do not need to resubmit.

New Families
Please use the following instructions HERE (full version) or HERE (no screenshots). After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email and within 1-3 business days, you should receive a welcome letter from LWTech with your new ctclink ID number. Once you receive this number, please email your CTC Link ID number to registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org.
Attestation– Your welcome email from LWTech will detail how to complete your COVID-19 attestation with the college. This is a requirement of LWTech.

Certificate of Immunization or Certificate of Exemption

New this year, we will be collecting immunization records from families through Jovial. Please upload your child(ren)’s Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) from the State of Washington. To obtain this certificate, please visit WA MyIR and save a copy in PDF format. 

Once downloaded, please log into Jovial through the family portal- Redmond Toddler Group – Login (jovial.org). Under the “2022-23 registration form” button, there’s a button that says “Immunization records and exemption”. Click on that button and you’ll be able to upload your immunization records. Our teachers will review and process it.
