How to Register
Step 1

Step 2
Complete registration online through our Jovial System
- New families who have never filled out a form on Jovial: https://www.jovial.org/rtg/register
- Returning families or families previously waitlisted: https://www.jovial.org/rtg/family
- Unsure? Email us at registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org and we are happy to help!
Step 3
A confirmation email will be sent that we have processed your form and will contain a link to pay our one-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $125 per family per class within 48 hours. Your spot in the class is not guaranteed until the enrollment fee is paid. This fee goes towards our co-op and does not apply to LWTech. Redmond Toddler Group uses this fee for student insurance and carnival fees. It is not applied toward tuition. If you have not received an email from our registrar within two days of submission, please email registrar@redmondtoddlergroup.org.
Step 4
Redmond Toddler Group is affiliated with Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) in Kirkland and as a participant, in our classes, you are required to register with the college to take a Parent Education class with us. We will need a ctcLINK ID number from every adult attending more than 3 classes per semester. Your start date may be delayed if we do not have your ctcLINK ID number before the start of class.
Upon enrollment in the class, you will receive directions on how to enroll with LWTech and receive a ctclink number.
Step 5
We are required to have a verified Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) or Certificate of Exemptions for the State of Washington. Please note this is different than your child’s immunization record. To obtain a certificate, please visit WA MyIR and save a copy in PDF format. Certificates of Exemptions for any missed or delayed required immunizations can be obtained by your child’s pediatrician.
Directions for how to send us the Certificate of Immunization Status will be emailed to you upon in enrollment or by late spring for those joining in the Fall.
